Carol McGinnis-Yeje was licensed in Georgia in 1981. She acquired her real estate broker's license in the mid-80's. Her experience varies from 'condo-conversions' and 'multi-million-dollar apartment buildings' to on-site sales. Carol has managed real estate offices and focuses now on her training talents. In 2005, she was approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to teach real estate pre-license courses. in 2008, Carol was approved for CE in-class instruction by Georgia Association of Realtors, and, nationally, as an ABR and SRES Designations' instructor. She has written and taught many CE cources for in-class and for 'online' schools. Carol has served her local and state associations in several capacities. Her formal education includes Business Marketinng, Religion, and Psychology.
